The orphanage in India works to provide housing, food, clothing, and other necessities to children in need. The orphanage has a sponsorship program in which sponsors and children can write back and forth to provide a connection and allow sponsors the opportunity to see their donations at work.
The House of Hope is a mission’s project in Ethiopia directed by missionary Drussilla Rofkahr for women and children. The home provides biblical training programs in spiritual formation and resources for women to start small businesses to care for themselves and their children in the future. The Abdii Borii House of Hope building is still in the process of being built and funds will provide for construction, water, and electricity.
Ahikam Children’s Home in Guatemala houses children between the ages of 0-18 years old. The primary goal of Ahikam is to provide care and education. A majority of the children arrive at Ahikam after being removed from their homes due to negligence or violence.
In the midst of any global crisis, this fund works to provide key resources to various regions around the world. During our current pandemic, this fund works to assist countries through providing essentials such as, clean water, food items, cleaning supplies, and more. The PCG World Missions Department has been able to help in over 15 areas around the world including India, Nepal, Central America, Africa, and the Middle East.
These schools are located in the Democratic Republic of Congo under the supervision of National Bishop, Athanase Mutombo Malomo. Field representatives Doug and Phyllis Copp are assisting in this effort. Two school buildings are in need of proper trusses and corrugated roofing sheets. Over 5,000 children attend PCG-DRC sponsored schools in this region.
PCG churches in the United States are helping to build a church in Kibaha, about 50 miles from Dar es Salaam, in Tanzania. This church will hopefully serve as a central training center for this region in Tanzania. Doug Copp, field representative for Central and Southern Africa and Karen Ming, field representative to East Africa, are helping in the oversight of the project and fund raising respectively.
Bishop Charles Failosi is leading in the construction of two churches. These congregations have been meeting in grass-thatched roof structures for over 30 years. The churches in Malawi are continually growing and need new spaces for worship.
Bishop Aime is nearing competition of his 6 year church building project. They have been working especially hard on this new church. We are believing to finish the walls, restrooms, and floor as quickly as possible. Will you be a part of this miracle?
Buildings have burnt down in Wauteck, California and Bouge Chitto in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Both locations are in need of structural repair and could use financial assistance. For donations, please write WAUTECK and / or BOUGE CHITTO in the comments section.
The Native American Schools of Ministry, located in Winslow were established to raise up ministers to pastor and evangelize the American Natives.
