In the 2020s, the PCG has established the missional goal of growing toward 10,000 ministers and churches globally. In the U.S. specifically, we've set out to coach 200 pastors / churches within the first five years.
Each year, participating churches will engage in 40 weekly play calls designed to teach five systems that help leaders steer their ministries toward greater health. Since launching the Exceed Coaching Experience in January 2021, more than 130 pastors across 19 PCG states / districts have participated.
