LifePoint Church is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and shepherd students in grades 6–12. We are looking for a Spirit-filled, self-motivated leader with a clear calling to youth ministry, strong teaching ability, and a heart for discipleship and relationship-building with students and families. This role includes leading weekly youth services, planning events and camps, discipling students, recruiting and training volunteers, and working closely with the Lead Pastor and leadership team. LifePoint is a PCG church with an established youth ministry and strong community connections, offering a supportive, prayerful, team-oriented culture that values calling over credentials, character over hype, and people over programs.
